Retained Search
Do you have a critical open position that you urgently need to fill? If an opening could sot your company significant lost opportunities, production or morale, then our retained search option could be your best choice.  We will dedicate a project team to focus exclusively on evaluating, designing and completing the search.  This fulfillment option works very well for critical openings where a company has a clear perspective about the optimum candidate and where the company’s hiring process is clearly defined and adhered to closely.

Priority Search
Is your opportunity to be filled a key role, but one with responsibilities that can be adequately covered by other staff for a limited period of time? Or, maybe your desired candidates are in hot demand in the market, and you need the ally of a professional recruiter to move top talent to your company instead of to your competitors?  If these echo your situation, our priority search method is likely your best choice.  With this option, a partial retainer is paid to engage the recruiter and give your important need top priority.

Contingency Search
